Senior Service Technician
Cowan Air is a Commercial air conditioning provider established 20 years ago. We pride ourselves on strong customer relationships and quality service.
To compliment our existing technical team we are inviting an experienced Field Senior Technician / Team Leader to join our team.
A strong problem solver who is personable and can work well with team members and with our customers, be reliable, self-motivated and well presented.
The role will require you to have a minimum of 5 years experience and be responsible for the following:-
- Providing technical support.
- Refrigerant experience will be viewed favourably.
- Carrying out site inspections.
- Managing clients needs.
In this role you will be providing maintenance and breakdown services to our clients in the Melbourne Metro Region.
Requirements:
- Refrigeration trade qualifications
- Restricted electrical license
- ARC tick accredited
- Must have at least 5 years post apprenticeship experience in the commercial/industrial and service industry
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Valid drivers license
